I'm finding this part of your travels especially fascinating. Never having been to Greece, I know about it only from history and humanities classes and, of course, movies. To walk in these places would indeed be a remarkable journey.
When you walk the same stones that historical people have walked on, one feels sometimes the wings of history. Just to think that you are walking the same streets, or floors, that people did that many years ago. That is why I get depressed hearing some religious groups destroying antique artefacts. It is our history and people should be able to enjoy it years to come.
